Position: BizOps / SalesOps Specialist

Biz Ops / Sales Ops Specialist

Connecteam is seeking a tech‑savvy, service‑oriented Biz Ops / Sales Ops Specialist to support our fast‑growing US GTM organization.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with ~100 remote reps across Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to keep our CRM (Hub Spot) and operational systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary US Biz Ops contact for GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM issues like data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests.
  • Partner with the global Biz Ops team in Tel Aviv to scale and optimize CRM workflows.
  • Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and keep all records accurate.
  • Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks.
  • Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts.
  • Provide field‑level feedback to help refine processes and improve rep productivity.
Requirements
  • 1‑2 years relevant experience in Biz Ops, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast‑paced environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (strong advantage for Hub Spot).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to create reports or dashboards.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, integrations, and systems quickly.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with distributed US‑based GTM teams.
  • Background in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Chili Piper, Gong, Intercom, or similar.
  • Basic project management experience.
  • Experience using automation/AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor).
  • Strong documentation and training capabilities.
