• Design and deliver new functionality in collaboration with Development and Product Management
• Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues, partnering with software engineers to implement fixes
• Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs)
• Identify and create automation for deployment, management, and visibility of services
• Participate in an on-call rotation as part of agile operations

• 7+ years of programming experience in .NET Framework and .NET
• Production experience managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid experience with observability technologies, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry
• Hands‑on experience in building and running production workloads on Azure
• Expertise in configuration management and CI/CD tools like Terraform and Azure Dev Ops

• Experience in developing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for SaaS products
• Proficiency in designing and implementing load testing of distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows
