Overview

Mecklenburg County IT Services (ITS) is seeking an Endpoint MDM Deployment Contractor to support the County's Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team. The contractor will play a critical role in the County's Evergreen Refresh initiative, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless deployment of mobile devices to County end users. This individual will also serve as the first line of support for County-issued mobile devices.
Responsibilities- Deploy and configure mobile devices as part of the Evergreen Refresh initiative.
- Serve as the first line of support for County-issued mobile devices.
- Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and configuration, including iOS platforms. Required 3 Years
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Air Watch, or similar). Required 3 Years
- Ability to provide effective end-user support with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. Required 3 Years
- Strong organizational skills for managing device scheduling, tracking, and handoffs. Required 3 Years
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while providing excellent customer service. Required 3 Years
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to IT security practices. Required 3 Years
