Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Teams meet two to four times yearly in person in interesting locations around the world, aligning on strategy and execution.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer – a globally remote, full‑time position. In this role you will build and operate large‑scale operations using pure Python infra‑as‑code across bare metal, Kubernetes, containers, and applications. You’ll lead the design and operation of Open Stack, Kubernetes, and software‑defined storage, enabling devsecops across the stack.

• Architect and run infrastructure from bare metal to cloud and containers, ensuring high‑availability and security.
• Implement automation and model‑driven operations using Python.
• Drive upgrades and stay current with the latest open‑source capabilities.
• Operate under high pressure, supporting mission‑critical services for global brand‑name customers.

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with Linux and familiarity with Linux networking and storage.
• Python software development expertise.
• Operational experience in infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year (up to two weeks long).

• Experience with Open Stack or Kubernetes deployment or operations.
• Familiarity with public or private cloud management.
