- Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C) development.
- Deep knowledge of OCAPI (Shop & Data APIs), Controllers, Scripts, ISML, Jobs, and Site Genesis/SFRA frameworks.
- Good understanding of Java concepts to support backend integrations and assess technical feasibility.
- Ability to contribute to both frontend and backend development (full‑stack approach).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with onsite stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Serve as the onsite technical lead for SFCC B2C development and customer engagements.
- Lead requirement discussions, solution design sessions, and technical clarifications with the customer.
- Drive architecture evaluations, propose technical design approaches, and ensure scalability and performance.
- Coordinate with offshore teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Review offshore deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to SFCC best practices.
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Dev Ops, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end delivery.
