Business Analyst (IVR, Call Flow Design)
Long‑Term Contract.
Job Description- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IVR, contact center, or telecommunication systems.
- Strong understanding of call flows, IVR architecture, telephony systems, and CRM integrations.
- Experience with IVR design tools and platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE in Contact, Five9).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications clearly.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools to measure IVR performance.
