Job Title: Service Now Engineer. (Two Positions)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

We are looking for a skilled Service Now Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in Service Now development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks. Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant Service Now certifications based on the level of expertise.

• Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (Hybrid work model).

• Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support Service Now solutions.

• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

• Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Service Now application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.

  • 3+ years of Java Script development experience.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with risk applications or Service Now GRC.

  • 1+ years of experience with Node.js.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Certifications (Required/Preferred based on level)SE2 – Mid-Level Engineer:

  • (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator

  • 2–3 years of Service Now experience

  SE3 – Senior Engineer:

  • (CAD) Certified Application Developer

  • 3+ years in Service Now Application Development

  SE4 – Lead/Architect:

  • 5+ years of Service Now implementation experience

  • Architecture and Operational Lead-level experience

  • Archer integration experience is a plus

  Additional Preferred
  
  Certifications:

  • (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist
