Lead Fullstack Engineer - Java & Python

Base pay range

$85.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Charlotte (CLT), Minnesota (MN), Arizona (AZ), SF Bay (Menlo Park), New York, Ohio (OH) as a specialty hub – Hybrid Roles

12-24+ months (extend or convert based on performance)

Pay would be $90 per hour on W2 and $160K for H1B's

• 20% AI / ML Experience – Must be relevant within the last 2 years
• 10% Cloud – Any cloud platform is fine (team currently uses Azure / Open Shift
  )
• Candidates should understand how to build, model, act as a proxy
  , and develop/fix code
  .
• Data Scientists are not the right fit for this team; most were let go previously.
• Team will eventually build an in-house framework
  , so candidates with any tool background are acceptable.
• Should not be rigid about specific tech/tools—
  openness to what works best is preferred.
• Planning for AI implementation with a need for careful yet quick execution
  .
