Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP/QAD) – Manufacturing Sector

Are you an ERP expert with a passion for optimizing manufacturing operations? We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the evolution of our ERP landscape.

In this role, you won’t just be "supporting" a system—you will be the architect of "To-Be" business processes, driving operational excellence across multiple plants in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Traceability.

• Process Mastery: Formalize As-Is/To-Be workflows and drive adoption of market best practices across various manufacturing sites.
• Full SDLC Ownership: Lead initiatives from requirement gathering and system design to testing and go-live support.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize high-impact projects and manage the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies) list.
• Documentation & Training: Create detailed system design docs and lead training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless transitions.

• The ERP Expert: 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting/customizing QAD (preferred) or a similar major Manufacturing ERP.
• The Process Designer: A proven track record in Business Process design and mapping.
• The QA Specialist: Strong experience in execution and documentation of Functional, Integration, and Regression testing.
• The Technical Edge: Knowledge of Progress Open Edge ABL
  , Tailor Pro, or Pro2 is a massive plus.
• The Communicator: Ability to bridge the gap between technical dev teams and non-technical business partners.
