The Net Suite Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Net Suite environment. This individual is responsible for ensuring seamless system functionality, configuring and customizing the platform to fit business needs, and supporting end-users to optimize their use of the system.

This role is administrative/support-focused — troubleshooting, training, system configuration, reporting, and documentation — but also provides a unique opportunity for career growth as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will be a problem‑solver with strong technical knowledge of Net Suite ERP and Suite Commerce, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including finance, account management, warehouse operations, and sales.

• Administer and support Net Suite and Suite Commerce applications, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and user guides for Net Suite.
• Serve as the first line of support for Net Suite ERP and Suite Commerce users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Configure and maintain Net Suite, including roles/permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Manage Suite Commerce administration tasks such as catalog updates, content adjustments, user permissions, and product data integrity.
• Collaborate with external partners and developers to implement enhancements and system improvements.
• Support system updates, upgrades, and integrations by assisting with testing and documentation.
• Perform data imports and bulk updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and provide hands‑on training to internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and system usability.
• Perform system audits and compliance reporting to ensure compliance with data integrity, security standards, and applicable policies.

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience administering and supporting Net Suite ERP (required).
• Experience with Suite Commerce administration (or strong ERP/eCommerce support background with willingness to learn).
• Knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other Net Suite customization tools.
• Proficiency with creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Suite Commerce, or ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP modules such as supply chain, CRM, finance, or eCommerce.
• Strong skills in data management, imports, and Excel for troubleshooting/reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills — able to train, document, and collaborate with finance, account management, warehouse, and sales teams.
