Marketing Specialist

Digital Kings Networking is a fast‑growing SEO and digital marketing agency helping businesses increase visibility, improve retention, and grow revenue. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients and own their SEO and social media performance.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in SEO, confident in customer service calls, and ready to take full ownership of client marketing results.

• Manage all SEO work for your assigned clients (keyword research, metadata, on‑page optimization, audits, backlinks, reporting).
• Create and publish all social media content for your book of business.
• Serve as the primary client contact, including regular customer service calls and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each client.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports and communicate results clearly.
• Work on‑site daily in our Charlotte office.

• Experience in the SEO industry (agency or in‑house).
• Experience handling customer service or client‑facing calls.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
• Ability to create clean, professional, on‑brand social media content.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple clients.

• Familiarity with website building platforms (Duda is a plus).
• Experience managing a book of business or multiple accounts.
