We are seeking a Help Desk / Customer Support Specialist to provide Level 1-2 technical assistance in a call‑center support environment. The position involves answering calls and emails, resolving basic technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, general technical knowledge, and prior experience in phone‑based technical support. The role also includes following standard procedures, troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and supporting low‑complexity business execution tasks.

• Provide phone and email support for basic technical and customer issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1-2 support requests.
• Deliver clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and escalap e issues as necessary.
• Assist with low‑complexity business execution tasks and provide needed information.

• 6 months of experience in technical support, help desk, call center, or related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Basic technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven call center environment.

Pay Range: $27 – $30

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
