Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Dev Ops Architect with strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions. Experience in production support will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Dev Ops and SRE practices to ensure system reliability and performance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation (IaC)
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
- Support production systems and improve system observability and incident response
- Proven experience as a Dev Ops Architect
- Strong background in SRE principles and practices
- Expertise with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience in production support and incident management
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure)
- Background in security and compliance in cloud environments
