• Manage and drive a program plan, including interdependencies across projects, in collaboration with project managers and business unit leads
• Prepare, plan, and lead program updates for internal stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing insights and managing risks and issues
• Assist project managers during critical project phases to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are managed
• Identify and match the skills of project team members with projects, ensuring clarity in assignments and addressing resource gaps

• 3 - 5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization
• A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with significant direct customer interaction
• Bachelor’s degree

• Legal sector experience is a big plus
• Strategic Consulting or Big 4 consulting experience is a plus
• Prince2/PMP certifications (or similar)
• Excellent hands‑on skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)
• Advanced or Master’s Degree highly preferred
