• Lead the onboarding process for new customers and ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions
• Analyze and improve implementation procedures and team practices for efficiency
• Communicate updates and action plans to internal stakeholders and customers
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and support ticket escalations
• Become a subject matter expert in dealership management systems and data extraction

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast‑moving company or the automotive industry
• Experience in leading a team or managing processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate knowledge of SQL/Google Big Query
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑departmental discussions
