The Product Specialist supports the Amann Girrbach product portfolio by ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through product demonstrations, installations, training, and after-sales service. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, ensuring users can confidently and effectively utilize Amann Girrbach solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and training to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Perform installation, setup, and after-sales service for Amann Girrbach products.
- Work efficiently to resolve company and client issues
, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Provide hands-on technical training to internal teams and partner technicians, promoting competency and product knowledge.
- Prepare and conduct engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of installations, service activities, and training sessions.
- Represent Amann Girrbach at trade shows, conferences, and professional events, supporting setup, demonstrations, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, marketing, etc.) to support product success and customer satisfaction.
