We are seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to support enterprise AI initiatives by standardizing and optimizing prompt engineering practices across multiple business units. This role plays a critical part in shaping how the organization designs, tests, and scales prompt strategies for Generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications.

• Deep knowledge of how large language models process tokens, context windows, and temperature settings.
• Familiarity with prompt injection risks and mitigation strategies.

• Expertise in techniques such as few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, role prompting, and zero-shot learning.
• Ability to structure prompts for clarity, specificity, and adaptability.

• Understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and semantic similarity.
• Experience with text generation, summarization, and classification methods.

• Strong analytical mindset to deconstruct complex tasks into efficient prompt sequences.
• Creative approach to balancing constraints and flexibility within prompts.

• Experience designing A/B tests to measure prompt performance.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, or human evaluation) to assess output quality.

• Understanding of AI bias, fairness, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to design safeguards against harmful or sensitive outputs.

• Proficiency in Python for automation and API integration.
• Familiarity with JSON for structured output handling.

• 3 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields with hands‑on exposure to Generative AI systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt‑response dynamics, and model limitations.
• Proficiency with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to document, standardize, and scale prompt engineering processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related discipline.
• Experience with advanced prompting techniques (e.g., chaining, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), context injection).
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Background in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
