CGS is seeking a dedicated Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast‑paced, hard‑working team to assist with any legal accounts. You will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio, including electronic discovery applications, infrastructure administration, performance monitoring, security, backup, and vendor liaison.

• Ensure day‑to‑day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
• Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Assist in technical architecture design discussions
• Liaise with vendors on behalf of OGC to address product issues
• Develop and provide training for end‑users
• Provide general support, subject matter expertise, and advice on the use of electronic discovery tools and applications
• Reverse engineer and document the as‑is architecture of existing legacy applications or systems
• Analyze capabilities, interview and collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements
• Support discovery application integration/migration activities
• Contribute to the Knowledge Management database by creating and improving technical knowledge articles
• Have legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
• Assist in implementation of e‑discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other review platforms hosted in the cloud)
• Support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management, and configuration
• Install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
• Operate and manage cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure Functions, Azure API Gateways, AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateways
• Operate and manage relational databases such as MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher
