Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

The Work

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

NOTE:
Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away – 5 days Every Quarter. Mandatory to work 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of End-to-End Project Management Experience
• Associate’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Scrum
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile Process Coaching
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
