You are

An experienced UKG Advanced Scheduler Retail Lead eager to grow our T&O UKG business.

The Work
:
Lead large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements, ensuring delivery of high quality solutions on time and within budget.

• Provide advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module for retail clients.
• Lead all aspects of configuration, implementation, modification and upgrade of time and attendance initiatives.
• Participate in and contribute to pre‑sales and sales strategies.
• Facilitate complex working sessions for internal and client teams, tailoring objectives to meet client needs.
• Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.
• Analyze complex data or facts and summarize and present findings in a compelling way.
• Provide thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, systems and tools.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to the consulting base.
• Track administrative expenses and time‑keeping duties for billing.
• Travel may be required, ranging from 0 % to 100 % depending on business need.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in or with the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience);
  Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years’ work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience presenting to executive‑level audiences.
• Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive audiences.
• Certified in the UKG module with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work on complex, fast‑paced projects collaboratively.
• Ability to handle escalated issues and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present results compellingly.

Compensation varies by location and experience. Salary ranges are provided below.

• California – $73,800 to $218,800
• Cleveland – $68,300 to $175,000
• Colorado – $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia – $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois – $68,300 to $189,000
• Maryland – $73,800 to $189,000
• Massachusetts – $73,800 to $201,300
• Minnesota – $73,800 to $189,000
• New York/New Jersey – $68,300 to $218,800
• Washington – $78,500 to $201,300
