Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Title:

Senior IAM Front-end Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)

Work Model:
Onsite (5 days/week)

Schedule / Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Role Maintenance: add, modify, delete roles and profiles; manage auto‑assignment rules; action remediation reports; maintain role hygiene.
• Manage segregation of duties (SOD) rules; scan for and resolve SOD conflicts.

• Solid grasp of core IAM concepts, including role lifecycle management (create, modify, retire) and segregation of duties.
• Ability to identify security issues, remediate user access problems, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sister IAM teams, end‑users, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with at least one IGA platform (e.g., OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, Forge Rock).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and experience supporting internal and external audits; evidence gathering is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and knowledge of RACF, Unix, and Linux.
• Ability to lead initiatives of varying size and scope to support the organization.

• At least 10 years’ experience supporting large, complex organizations.
• Experience with RBAC and AI is desired.
• Industry‑leading certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC).
