Job Description
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning
- Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles.
- Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy.
- Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications
- 36 month contract
- USDC – Charlotte Only
- Manager does not consider candidates that have too many short-term contracts or have jumped from job to job consistently.
- Manager is looking at a mid-late January start for this candidate. Manager will be going to India on 12/15 for 3 weeks so she wants to conduct the first round Webex interview the week of 12/8 and if that candidate does well, they will schedule the in-person final interview the first week of January. Candidates must be willing to work through that timeline.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 – $85.00/hr.
