• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning
• Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles.
• Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy.
• Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

• 36 month contract
• USDC – Charlotte Only
• Manager does not consider candidates that have too many short-term contracts or have jumped from job to job consistently.
• Manager is looking at a mid-late January start for this candidate. Manager will be going to India on 12/15 for 3 weeks so she wants to conduct the first round Webex interview the week of 12/8 and if that candidate does well, they will schedule the in-person final interview the first week of January. Candidates must be willing to work through that timeline.

w2 only , 3 days week onsite

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $85.00/hr.
