Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy and utilities company, is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in SAP ISU Billing to join their team in Charlotte, NC, with consideration for candidates in Cincinnati, OH.

This role involves planning, configuration, testing, and end-user support, as well as overseeing custom software development. The position requires close collaboration with business partners, developers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with utilities, process mapping, and implementing rate changes in SAP.

• Configure SAP ISU Billing master data and rates, including gas utility rates.
• Implement rate changes and follow change management processes.
• Generate sample bills, validate rate calculations, and create rate change documentation.
• Conduct system testing, develop test plans, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams to implement new rate cases.
• Mentor IT team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Support 24x7 SAP core batch process job failures and ensure system performance.
• Act as a liaison between developers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Strong SAP functional module experience, including configuration of SAP ISU Billing.
• Experience with systems testing, IT implementation, and project management.
• Utilities industry experience.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
