Our banking client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Integration Department supporting enterprise-wide testing and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Pay Range: 60/hr W2

• Provide project management oversight for integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate and manage testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to test environment and test data management challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and readiness for testing phases.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within large-scale enterprise banking environments. Experience with in Compliance / Regulatory / GRC / Financial Crimes is a plus but the banking industry experience is required.
• Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration efforts.
• Strong understanding of test environment and test data management challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
