Summary: Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Power Apps Developer to join their team. As a Lead Power Apps Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design, develop, and customize business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet organizational needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Integrate Power Apps with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft Dataverse
• Create intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience and accessibility
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in application development, with recent 3+ years focused on Power Apps development
• Proficiency in Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, and custom connectors for advanced app development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills to lead meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
