Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management department supporting treasury management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Management Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $65
What's the Job?- Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes
- Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger-scale Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
- Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices
- Proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)
- Experience in technical solution design to address business problems
- 3+ years of JIRA and/or Agile experience
