Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect

Prismarq LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue management solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing. They ensure seamless integration with financial systems, drive automation, and enhance revenue operations. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue management, billing and CPQcontent management principles, strong integration capabilities with enterprise systems, and the ability to provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
• Develop scalable, high-performance architectures for revenue management.

Quote-to-Cash Optimization

• Define and enhance end-to-end quote-to-cash (QTC) processes.
• Implement automated pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
• Optimize subscription-based models, renewals, and consumption-based pricing.

Revenue Recognition & Compliance

• Implement revenue forecasting and recognition automation.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and other financial regulations.
• Develop audit-ready revenue tracking and reporting mechanisms.

Integration & Automation

• Design custom automations for revenue transactions.
• Implement batch processing and performance optimizations.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Salesforce Technical Project Managers, Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and system scalability.

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish governance frameworks for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Define data security, access control, and system reliability standards.
• Stay updated on Salesforce Revenue Cloud innovations.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3-5+ years specializing in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
• Proven track record in large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Certifications

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification required.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect) are a plus.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data migration strategies.

Methodologies

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
