Summary
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first contact for customers who need technical assistance via phone or email.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat.
* Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Requirements
* 2+ years Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
* Experience with O365.
* Dependability, reliability.
* Common sense, logical.
Preferred
* Experience with the following:
* Active Directory;
* Microsoft Intune;
* Mobile Device Management.
This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity with potential to extend with our Charlotte, NC client.
