We invite you to join Wipro as a Scrum Master (L1). As a trained Scrum Master, you will facilitate a Scrum team, ensure the Scrum process is used correctly, remove impediments, protect the development team, enable self‑management, foster collaboration across teams, and keep the team focused on delivering sprint goals.

Facilitate the Scrum team, remove impediments, and ensure that the Scrum process is followed effectively. Protect and empower the development team, promote self‑organization, and maintain focus on sprint objectives.

• Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies:
  Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the team and Product Owner in Scrum values, principles, and practices, promoting self‑organization and cross‑functionality.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, shielding the team from external distractions.
• Foster communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team and the organization’s Agile practices.
• Support backlog management: work with the Product Owner to keep the product backlog refined and ready for upcoming sprints.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.

5‑8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Salary range: $60,000 – $135,000. Final compensation depends on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
