ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategy Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance. This includes:
- Developing go-forward strategies, new business units, or other revenue-producing entities or assets without direct client input.
- Identifying acquisition targets or evaluating businesses for divestiture.
- Performing technical work to support the advancement of the client's long-term strategic vision.
- Establishing or setting up future operating models and making strategic decisions on the future state structure and operating model.
- Providing specific guidance on human capital, including headcount increases or reductions, creating job requirements, and staffing models.

Skills:
Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
- End-to-End Captive
Experience:
Bring deep, direct experience standing up and operating a captive preferably in the auto, industrial equipment, tech/fintech sectors. - Comprehensive Value Chain Expertise:
Demonstrate strong knowledge and operational experience across core captive functions including, but not limited to, Dealer Credit Management, Product Management, Originations, Servicing and Collections, etc. - Operations:
Provide subject matter expertise with captive operations, drawing on practical experience to identify key process, compliance, and performance levers. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Drive client conversations and sessions with client executives to capture business objectives, current pain points, and expectations for the captive solution. - Business Case Development:
Support build and articulate compelling, data-driven business cases for captive formation and enhancement; translate findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables. - Tech Landscape Leadership:
Advise on the technology ecosystem required for captive operations, including platform selection, integration needs, and IT security. - Software & Cost Analysis:
Understand the cost structure and functional strengths of leading captive software partners; conduct cost/benefit analysis addressing core platforms and solutions. - Status Tracking and Reporting:
Drive weekly status updates and weekly reporting for internal and client reviews. - Documentation:
Draft deliverables including feasibility reports, executive summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials for client reviews.
