Junior Data Analyst (2 Openings)

Join a well-known insurance company as a Junior Data Analyst
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience or coming off an internship who is sharp, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You’ll work on ETL processes and SQL-based data solutions within a collaborative Scrum team of 10 members
, supporting multiple projects that drive data-driven decisions.

• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for enterprise data systems.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Assist in modifying and maintaining existing databases and data pipelines.
• Test and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to meet data requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience considered).
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and SQL
  .
• Familiarity with Python and cloud database environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.

• An early-career professional with hands-on experience in ETL and SQL
  .
• Someone who has completed an internship or entry-level role in data analytics or engineering.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
