Application Support Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day support for internal business applications and end users across multiple locations. This role focuses on troubleshooting application and device issues, delivering excellent customer service, and helping ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide application and help desk support for end users.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and device issues.
• Document work clearly and follow established processes.
• Communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, customer‑first environment.

• Experience in application support, help desk, or technical support roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for applications, user access, and devices.
• Comfortable supporting end users with varying technical skill levels.

Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

$15.00 - $20.00/hr.
