• Lead the development and evolution of automation solutions to enhance long‑term issue prevention.
• Design and implement Policy‑as‑Code solutions to automate detection, compliance, and enforcement of bank standards.
• Prototype and document automation processes for application releases, including code deployment, certification, and production cutover.
• Engage with subject matter experts across various technology domains to realize automation capabilities.
• Support the adoption of modern deployment practices such as canary and Blue/Green release models.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application or platform architecture and design.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD processes and automation tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, Python, Go, SQL, HTML, and tools like Confluence Wiki.
• ér Experience with technology governance, compliance reporting, and deployment practices including VM, Terraform millón and Open Shift.
