Job DescriptionOffice Pro, Inc, a Washington DC based end-user training and adoption company, is in need of an On‑Site Audio‑Visual Technician to assist our client with AV Room testing and troubleshooting of conference room spaces at a fun, fast paced high profile client!
Contract Details2 MONTH long term contract position to begin in January 2026 and conclude end of March 2026 with a potential for extension
Schedule40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Technical RequirementsTech
Required Experience:
- The technician should have strong experience with Biamp Tesira software
- High familiarity and previous experience with Microsoft Teams setup with Crestron Flex and New Tek Tricaster functions.
- Ability and experience to troubleshoot Crestron NVX video systems, Crestron control systems and Shure wireless microphones
- An experienced technician that can assist with event support including set up of all‑hands calls
- Familiar with Audio Visual Commercial AV Space and equipment
- Previous experience testing AV Conference Space equipment and AV Software (i.e. Crestron, Cisco, Poly, Logi)
- Previous experience testing and troubleshooting Unified Communications such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Google, Etc.
- Experience with VTC hardware
- Familiar with AV signal flow including DSP (Biamp) testing
- Previous experience with AV equipment troubleshooting and White Glove Support
- Experience with Nanolumen LED Walls
- Experience with New Tek Tri Caster video production Suite
Onsite Support, Troubleshooting capabilities, and white glove support of:
- Auditorium with Midas 40 channel mixing board
- Biamp DSP for auto‑mix meetings
- Shure wireless microphones
- Nano Lumens LED wall
- New Tek Tri Caster video production suite
- Large meeting rooms with Biamp DSP, Crestron Flex Teams system
- Flex spaces with Crestron NVX video systems, Crestron control systems and Shure wireless microphones
- Other spaces with similar technologies for Audio, Video, Control and Unified Communications
- Crestron Control AV: 2 years (Preferred)
- Biamp: 2 years (Preferred)
- Video Wall: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tricaster New Tek: 1 year (Preferred)
- Charlotte, NC 28277 (Required)
