App Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst for a short-term contract to help define, implement, and track analytics for our mobile application. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to ensure we are collecting meaningful data and turning it into actionable insights.

• Analytics Strategy & Tracking

  • Define KPIs, metrics, events, user behaviors, and key journeys that should be measured across the application. Develop and maintain analytics tracking plans and requirements.

• Analytics Implementation & Data Quality

  • Partner with Engineering and QA to plan, implement, validate, and maintain analytics instrumentation. Ensure data is being captured accurately and consistently across the application.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze user behavior and product performance, including engagement, retention, conversion, feature adoption, and user journeys. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into key metrics.

• Product Insights & Decision Support

  • Translate data into clear insights that help inform product development, feature improvements, user experience decisions, and release priorities. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and measure the impact of product changes.

• Experience in data or product analytics
