Position: Senior Power BI Developer (Python & Automation)
Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and automation of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions. This role requires a confident, self-driven technical leader who can mentor junior developers, drive complex projects independently, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have advanced Power BI development experience, strong data modeling and documentation skills, and proficiency with Git Hub and Python.

Experience with Agile methodologies and ETL processes is preferred. Candidates should be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable, high-impact business intelligence solutions. This role leads design and automation of the end-to-end development cycle to create Power reports and dashboards. The candidate will use expertise in Power BI, data integration, modeling, and analytics to build scalable business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Automate data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes Automate refreshes, monitoring, error handling, and data quality controls Design, build, test, and support automated ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards. Enable self-service analytics through scalable reporting solutions and reusable data assets. Integrate and transform data from enterprise sources using reusable, scalable ingestion patterns. Optimize Power BI data models and implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls.

Optimize semantic models, metadata, and business definitions to improve AI-driven analytics and natural language query experiences. Top
