Service Now TPSM BPC
Remote
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Service Now Business Process Consultant (BPC) with prior TPSM (Technology Provider Service Management) project experience.
The consultant will support CDW s consolidation of two entities, which currently provide technology services through IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate should have strong experience translating business requirements into Service Now processes and supporting ITSM transformation/consolidation initiatives.
- Strong Service Now BPC experience.
- Prior hands-on experience with TPSM projects is required.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and Service Now ITSM.
- Experience supporting enterprise ITSM transformation or consolidation initiatives.
- Ability to analyze existing processes across multiple entities and help define a consolidated future-state process.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- US-based candidates only.
- Experience with Service Now platform implementations or enhancements involving multiple business entities.
- Experience with process standardization and consolidation.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Service Now certifications such as CSA/CIS are a plus.
Must Have:
Service Now BPC + prior TPSM project experience + strong ITSM background.
