This role is responsible for running deployments of Customer Product tools globally, consulting effectively to configure sites to meet clients’ needs within the platform offering, and providing subject matter expertise to various teams including Commercial, Product Development, and Support.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from(85,000 to )170,000. This range reflects the base salary Amex GBT expects to pay for the role, with actual salary determined by various factors such as role complexity and the candidate’s experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for the Annual Incentive Award plan based on company and individual performance. • Knowledge of corporate travel.
• Familiarity with multiple GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Galileo) and online booking tools (KDS, Concur, Get There, etc.).

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of customer product tools globally.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans on applicable projects.
• Coordinate discussions with clients to set expectations and resolve issues.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot site configurations, including travel policy and pricing.
• Contribute to standard processes for improved quality, standardization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams across global Amex GBT locations.
