The SEO Specialist at Dentonwesley will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and improve overall online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends.

• SEO Strategy Development
  • – Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with Dentonwesley’s business goals.
  • – Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and target keywords.
  • – Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• On-Page Optimization
  • – Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures.
  • – Ensure website content is aligned with target keywords and follows SEO best practices.
  • – Improve site structure, navigation, and user experience to enhance search engine visibility.
• Content Strategy
  • – Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement a content strategy that drives organic traffic.
  • – Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations for blog posts, articles, and other content.
  • – Monitor and optimize existing content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
• Technical SEO
  • – Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • – Improve website loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
  • – Implement schema markup and other technical SEO techniques to enhance search visibility.
• Link Building
  • – Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • – Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant sites for guest posting and link opportunities.
  • – Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link profile.
• Analytics and Reporting
  • – Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
  • – Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • – Use data insights to continuously refine and improve SEO strategies.
• Stay Updated
  • – Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • – Participate in SEO forums, webinars, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • – Share insights and recommendations with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• – Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the blogging or content industry.
• – In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools.
• – Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• – Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• – Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• – Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and performance.
• – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
