We are actively seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, talented professionals who are passionate about developing and deploying change strategies in support of technology and process change implementations. The ideal candidate has the ability to deliver an extraordinary experience and exceptional service by leading clients through a structured change management process. Strong business analysis, facilitation, and communication skills, as well as a desire to be hands-on developing material, will be critical success factors for the chosen candidate.

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Collaborate with client executives and sponsors to build a Case for Change, including project vision/value statements with tangible goals
• Support communication efforts
• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
• Assess the change impact
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Support training efforts
• Complete change management assessments
• Ensure the project management and change management standards are leveraged and reinforced
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

• BA/BS Degree and at least 5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity on technology or process change implementations, with at least 2 of those years focused on Change Management
