Lead strategic and operational management of clinical data technology platforms for a biopharma focused on autoimmune diseases, including eCOA/ePRO, eDiary, Medidata Rave (EDC), and Elluminate.
Responsibilities- define system strategy, governance, and lifecycle management
- oversee vendor relations, system validation, and integration
- lead a team of clinical systems professionals
- ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards
- serve as cross-functional liaison to Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and other teams
- support audit readiness and system upgrades.
- Bachelor's in life sciences, health IT, or related
- 15+ years in clinical data management/systems in pharma/biotech/CRO settings
- 5+ years' leadership experience
- deep knowledge of clinical data systems and validation (21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP)
- proven experience with systems like Medidata Rave, eCOA, Elluminate
- vendor management skills.
- experience across multiple therapeutic areas and trial phases, familiarity with additional clinical tech (IRT, CTMS), certifications (CCDM, PMP, ITIL).
- extensive clinical systems leadership, compliance expertise, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration within a remote, fast-paced environment
- international travel (~10-20%).
