Hybrid, can work virtually but must be based in Charlotte in Charlotte, NC

Our client seeks an Application Automation Analyst to support users of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA) and assist engineers with problem resolution. The role addresses complex issues with general supervision, applies core concepts to varied work, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient automation processes with well-structured and maintainable code.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting to remove technical roadblocks in automation development.
  • Communicate with business users and create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Serve as support contact for RPA software and resolve related issues.
  • Maintain services, monitor system health, and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members, product owners, and developers.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Experience Requirements:
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
  • Critical thinking mindset.
  • Experience with SQL or scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Shell, or Power Shell.
  • RPA platform experience preferred, including Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA). Open to Blue Prism, UiPath, or Power Automate.
  • Two years of application development experience preferred.
  • Windows server support experience preferred.
  • Exposure to automation software or processes.
  • Scripting language experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrates maturity, confidence, and appropriate assertiveness. Effectively handles stress and change.
  • Uses appropriate Human Performance tools during testing and implementation.
Education Requirements:

Associate Degree. In lieu of degree, one year of prior equivalent work experience in an Application Analyst or server administrator role.
