Production Support Engineer

Client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Production Support Engineer.

• Monitor daily batch jobs, ETL workflows, and database processes in coordination with the L1 Production Support team.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures across IDMC, Oracle, and distributed systems.

• Manage, escalate, and document production incidents using ITSM tools to ensure timely issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

• Coordinate with L1 Support, stakeholders, development, and QA teams to manage and resolve production incidents.

• Strong experience with Informatica Power Center, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Python for production support, troubleshooting, query optimization, and data validation.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting, job scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys, and API technologies including Mule Soft.
• Hands‑on experience with source control and CI/CD tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Jenkins, IBM UBuild, IBM UDeploy, and Ansible.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range*: $60 - $65/hr W2

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
