We’re looking for a talented AI & IT Systems Specialist to join our team and help us make the most of modern technology and AI.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems, automating processes, and finding practical ways to use AI to make a business more efficient.
What You’ll Do- Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, software, hardware, networks, and user accounts.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
- Implement and support AI tools and solutions for business operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
- Support Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and technology integrations.
- Assist with cybersecurity, system security, backups, and data protection.
- Research new AI and technology solutions and recommend tools that can benefit the business.
- Train employees on technology and responsible use of AI.
- Support technology upgrades, implementations, and special projects.
- Experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong interest and practical experience with AI and generative AI tools
. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable learning new technologies.
Experience with
Azure/AWS, Power Shell, Python, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, or AI integrations is a plus.
You’ll have the opportunity to play an important role in shaping how Arjobex uses AI, automation, and technology to improve the way we work.

Requirements
Experience in IT systems administration or technical support
Good understanding of AI tools, automation, and integrations
Knowledge of cloud systems, security and scripting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, and systems engineering or related filed
Experience in IT administration, systems support or infrastructure management
knowledge of: cloud platforms, cyber security basics and systems integrations
