Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity Lead a team of software engineers and technology professionals responsible for Supply Chain Technology integrations, automation, and AI initiatives. Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational support of enterprise integrations between internal and third-party platforms, drive automation opportunities across supply chain processes, and champion the adoption of AI solutions that create measurable business value. This role is accountable for building high-performing teams, establishing technical standards and governance, managing delivery portfolios, and ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that support the organization's supply chain objectives.

The Work Itself Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of Supply Chain Technology solutions, ensuring enterprise integrations, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled services meet business objectives, technical requirements, and operational standards.

Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities for integration, automation, and AI solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and successful business adoption.

Establish and maintain technical, operational, and support documentation for integrations, automation platforms, AI capabilities, and associated technology services.

Define and enforce security, resiliency, backup, disaster recovery, and governance strategies across the Supply Chain Technology portfolio.

Lead and develop a team responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise integrations, automation platforms, and AI initiatives, ensuring high service quality and operational excellence.

Drive the planning, prioritization, and execution of technology enhancements, platform upgrades, new integrations, automation opportunities, and AI use cases in partnership with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technology teams.

Establish governance, standards, and best practices for system integrations, automation development, and AI implementation, ensuring compliance with Change Management, Release Management, IT Risk, Security, Compliance, and AI Governance requirements.

Develop and manage the Supply Chain Technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and leverage AI-driven capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

Build strong partnerships with business leaders and technology teams to align integration, automation, and AI investments with strategic supply chain and enterprise objectives.
