Job DescriptionA client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technology Governance Manager, Position type:
Contract (6+ months) Location:
Charlotte, NC Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)
As a Technology Governance Manager, you will:
- Provide consulting and strategic guidance for complex technology business initiatives.
- Build and operationalize governance frameworks, operating models, and execution processes.
- Identify technology risks, dependencies, and impacts across initiatives.
- Perform data analysis and deliver business/technology insights.
- Create executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Engage stakeholders and senior leadership while driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Leverage Copilot and AI tools to improve analysis and process efficiency.
- Technology Governance, Portfolio Management, and Strategy Execution experience.
- Experience building and operationalizing Governance Frameworks, Operating Models, and Execution Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Technology Risk Management, Dependencies, and Change Governance.
- Expertise in Complex Data Analysis, Business Insights, and Decision Support Reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, Business Intelligence, and Executive-Level Reporting.
- Strong Executive Communication, Presentation Development, and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Ability to establish Repeatable Processes and drive Operational Excellence.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, including Copilot, for analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working within large, complex organizations, preferably in Financial Services.
- Understanding of Technology Environments, Migrations, Testing, Resiliency, and Related Technology Initiatives.
Pay Range*: Between $80 - $86 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
