DescriptionJoin our team as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant in a dynamic ERP transformation project. This contract role, based in Charlotte, NC, involves supporting the migration from a legacy system to a new ERP platform. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise resource planning systems and a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Document and analyze current ERP processes with business users.
- Map existing processes to support future ERP environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert bridging business and technical teams.
- Identify process gaps and define future-state requirements.
- Support data migration, functional testing, and defect resolution.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in ERP systems.
- Strong background in manufacturing ERP within complex environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing business processes.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and testing in ERP projects.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
