Job Description We are seeking a Senior Resident Engineer (HPE Networks) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data center routing, switching, and Juniper/HPE networking and a proven ability to design, support, troubleshoot, and automate complex network environments. Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for HPE data center networking, including design, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, best practices, and automation. Provide primary technical support for break/fix activities and restore services using advanced diagnostics. Advise on best practices for Junos configurations and network design. Manage and grow relationships with internal teams and partners involved in engineering design and development. Review designs and project activities for compliance with standards and provide feedback to improve quality.

Contribute domain expertise and engineering leadership to cross-organizational projects and programs. Integrate new technologies into engineering projects and designs to drive innovation. Mentor and guide junior staff members. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proficiency in data center routing and switching with HPE/Juniper technologies, including MX, QFX, PTX, and EX series. Experience testing and certifying Junos and Junos EVO features and associated hardware. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience. Ability to develop test automation and write scripts in Python. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language. 6+ years of experience in relevant roles.

Preferred

Skills:

Background in cloud architectures, distributed computing, and microservices.

Experience with Dev Ops, security-first mindset, UX awareness, and full stack development fundamentals. Education & Travel:
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Up to 10% travel to customer sites. Role Logistics:
