In this contingent Technology Business Systems Consultant role, you will operate in a dynamic, innovation-focused technology environment, supporting an Innovation Lab and broader Technology Business Systems Consulting initiatives. You will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives, coordinate intake and evaluation of new technology requests, and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, innovation teams, and engineering resources.

This position blends business systems analysis, innovation coordination, and operational support, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Responsibilities:
Consult on and participate in moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting initiatives and deliverables. Contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables and innovation activities. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues while adhering to function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate closely with client personnel and internal teams within Technology Business Systems Consulting. Serve as a primary point of contact for teams bringing technology requests into the Innovation Lab, managing requests from intake through close-out. Conduct lab consultations and facilitate discovery sessions to understand business and technical needs. Gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements for technology evaluation and onboarding.

Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery activities. Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the Innovation Lab lifecycle. Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and manage customer communications throughout engagements. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools. Ensure compliance with Innovation Lab policies, processes, and operational standards.

Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives related to lab operations and tools. Assist with operational reporting, including metrics collection, monthly reporting, and status updates for stakeholders. Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts for Innovation Lab services and capabilities. Balance requirements gathering, coordination, communication, reporting, and operational responsibilities across multiple concurrent efforts. Ask targeted questions to understand business value, clarify why a technology should be evaluated, and define what the team is trying to accomplish.

Translate technology requests into clear use cases, requirements, and potential value statements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and next steps are clearly communicated. Support Agile/Scrum-related activities such as sprint planning, backlog management, testing coordination, and release coordination where applicable.

Qualifications:
