Our client, a leading organization in the financial services and technology sectors, is seeking a Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Reporting / Data Business Analyst (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide technical support for business systems and software modifications, implementations, or conversions. Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements ensuring system support aligns with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors to facilitate effective communication. Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights. Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics, including dashboards and scorecards, to support strategic decision-making.

What's Needed?

Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Micro Strategy, or similar business intelligence platforms. Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and other data manipulation and analysis tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
